Our history in the special purpose vehicle business began with the incorporation of AVP Engineering in 1994. AVP Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. (AVPE) [199401020156 (305835-A)] is a subsidiary of CB Industrial Product Holding Berhad (CBIP), a company listed on the Bursa Malaysia main board.
